  My name is Ryan Mate and I was a client of your law firm for the past two+ years. I came to your firm after I fell at a restaurant in Tampa while with friends. I fractured my ankle, which required surgery, and rehabilitation, and I missed a number of work days and had medical bills. I chose your firm based upon what others have said about it on the web. I was NOT disappointed in anyway. I am more than pleased with the hard work and dedication of each of the individuals I had the pleasure to work with. Most of all, I was more than pleased with the outcome of my case/mediation.
  
  Each of your staff have a servant heart and truly love their job. While my settlement was not the largest or the most prestigious, your firm treated me with the upmost respect and kindness always. I have nothing but great things to say about your firm and the individuals that work for you. While it may have taken 2+ years to get to this settlement, the delay has nothing to do with work of your firm.
  
  I was first introduced to Debbie Caswell when I entered your firm for the first time. She is one of the most genuine persons I have ever met. She always smiled and is an outstanding “front” woman for your firm. I knew I was in good hands, just based on the positive attitude of Debbie and her willingness to help. Debbie is a true gem that firms and organizations could only hope they could have working for them. She is blessing to your firm and those who come into contact with her. Debbie contacted me and congratulated me on my mediation outsome.
  
  Christopher Russo was the first lawyer to have my case. I did some of the “leg work” and filed the case for me. He was able to answer any questions I had and let me know upfront that it may take a long time to come to an end or I may not get anything at all. He was upfront and honest about it. He answered every question and I had a lot, since this was my first lawsuit I have ever filed and the first time that I required the use of law firm. He did a great job.
  
  Later, my case was passed to Gerald Spurgin. I will be honest, I was a little nervous about my case being passed on to another lawyer, but once again, it was your staff, specifically Debbie, who contacted me and assured me that Mr. Spurgin was going to continue the hard work of Mr. Russo and was dedicated to a positive outcome. Mr. Spurgin is an awesome individual. He always had answers and help me get a settlement that to this day I am shocked at. When we came into mediation, I had a number that I would should settle for. My number was so much lower than his and in the end we were really close to his number and way off from mine. I credit him with the settlement offer and doing everything in his power to help this case come to an end.
  
  Finally, when the attorney switch occurred, I also received a new paralegal, Sam Yost. Just after Debbie reassured me on the counsel change, Sam contacted me to introduce herself and to assure that Mr. Spurgin and her would continue the hard work that the firm has started. She is another gem in your office. She is an outstanding paralegal that she always kept me updated on the progress of the case, most of the time beating me to the punch. She took care of the scheduling, sending updates and notices to me. Again, any question or concern I had, she was able to answer it for me and most of all, keep me informed on what is going on. In addition, she was the first person to congratulate me on my settlement, outside of Mr. Spurgin. She is fantastic and true asset to your firm.
  
  In closing, I had an outstanding experience with your firm and the individuals I had the opportunity to work with. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate each and every one of them.
