  Not pleased with company's response to current power outage. Some reps do not even know they service customer outside the city of Bartow. Power has been out for 2.5 days and their response estimate is anywhere from2 weeks to a best of several days

  We lost power Monday when the storm hit us and they have restored power to us within a few days. This is with a huge tree on the line and Damage, bartow electric thank you! It would have took lakeland 2 weeks to do that job....your men worked 2 days all day to get us power and we appreciate it!
