  Rescheduled once, then when it came to the day to pick it up at 10:30 they made me wait until 2:30 with no communication. I called and texted several times and was ignored until 15 mins before they came. And they told me $150 and only should up with $100. Very unprofessional.

  Very unprofessional, we have called many times with either no response or excuses about her kids on why they couldnt come at the 3 scheduled times we have made. Still waiting on my car to be picked up!
